Water heater problem? Leaking, not staying lit, not heating enough? Give us a call. Whether it’s complete replacement or just a faulty part we can diagnose and address it the same day, same visit.
Faucets dripping? Save your money. Customers can always save money by picking up the faucet of their choice and then having a plumber install it. We prefer that too.
Disposal jammed or leaking? There is a reset button on the bottom of most disposals. If that doesn’t solve the problem, call us. We can usually free it up. It’s easy. Let us help you.
Toilet running? Rubber parts tend to warp with old age. This allows water down the drain which causes the fill valve to open, filling up the tank again. Repeat this process over and over and it can ad up to a lot of water loss and higher water bill.
Shower head dripping? Just like a kitchen faucet, there are seats and springs and cartridges inside shower valves. A lot of the time it can be as “simple” as replacing the cartridge. However, the older the unit the more likely it is that the valve needs to be replaced. Give us a chance to go the cheaper route. We would much rather replace a cartridge than replace a valve. Much cheaper.
Sump pump not working? If you’ve ever experienced a flooded basement due to rain water or snow melt you would take sump pumps very seriously. Trust me, you don’t want to be the victim of a faulty sump pump. A working sump pump could save you thousands.
Hose spigots can cause major damage as well. If a garden hose is left connected to the hose spigot over the winter, the water inside the spigot will freeze and eventually burst the pipe. Again, you don’t want to be the victim of a burst pipe, especially in the winter.
Frozen water lines. An uninsulated water line close to a concrete or block basement wall can unexpectedly freeze and burst. This too will ruin your day. If that happens, have us on speed dial. We can help faster than any other company.
Shutoff valves. There are ten or more shutoff valves in a typical house. One for each toilet, two for each faucet. Like all valves they have rubber gaskets that will age, crack and leak. After years sitting idle and then finally turned, they can leak.
We can have one of our technicians or a plumber to your house within a couple hours.
